Would LinkedIn have let me insert egregious unicorns if I had told them it was my idea? Never. So we conducted user research with a dozen real recruiters (who were lovely) to deepen our understanding of their work experience & fuel social creative.

Ideally, these recruiters would spend all their time chatting with candidates, using intuition to figure out who’s a fit. These days, however, they spend all day digging through heaps of resumés, and get to do very little of what they’re so, so good at.

The good news is that Recruiter & Jobs are built with AI filters that handle all that digging in a snap. Less time searching, more time connecting.
